Hi, I’m Rose Ferrigno

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Metabolic Balance coach.

 

I know firsthand how confusing and frustrating midlife changes can feel. When I began experiencing my own symptoms of perimenopause — and now menopause — I felt called to truly understand what was happening inside my body and how to support myself naturally, gently, and sustainably.

 

That personal journey led me to study holistic nutrition and become certified in the Metabolic Balance® program — a turning point that transformed not only my own health, but the way I now support other women. Today, I help women restore balance, rebuild confidence, and feel energized again — without restriction, guilt, or overwhelm.

 

I believe true wellness is about so much more than food. It’s about feeling supported, empowered, and at peace in your body. It’s about learning to listen to your body’s signals and responding with care instead of frustration.

Outside of my work, my life is deeply rooted in love and connection. I’m married, a proud mom to three incredible young adults, and share my days with our sweet dog, Brutus. Family and friendships are my foundation, and I cherish every moment spent gathering, celebrating, and creating memories.

 

Balancing a career I truly love with movement, travel, and nourishing food has taught me just how challenging — yet essential — it is to prioritize yourself. That lived experience allows me to deeply understand the women I support every day.

As a Canadian-Portuguese woman, Europe holds a special place in my heart — from its rich culture and traditions to its vibrant flavors and slower, more intentional way of living. This appreciation for balance, connection, and nourishment continues to inspire both my life and my work.
